Products are shipped out from Singapore. 

 

Domestic orders 

Please allow 3 working days upon confirmation of order. 

Orders over USD$15 qualifies for free shipping. Shipping fee is otherwise USD$1.50.

International orders 

Please allow 4-14 working days upon confirmation of order.

*Kindly note that there is no tracking service for international orders. 

International orders over USD$50 qualifies for free shipping. Shipping fee is otherwise USD $3.50.

Shipping fees are non refundedable. 

RETURN POLICY

If you have received a wrong size mask, please contact customer.service@becoolfacemask.com with order number to request exchange or refund. We’ll be happy to make it right.  

RETURNS 

We will refund for return of any purchase within 30 days.  Please email customer.service@becoolfacemask.com for instructions for refund. We do not accept returns on opened and used product.   


EXCHANGE

We will refund for wrong size ordered.  Please email to customer.service@becoolfacemask.com for request for wrong size replacement or refund, please include your order number.
